Our Services
JunkGuys provides junk removal, demolition, and hauling services in the greater Charlotte, NC area. All services are subject to availability and our acceptance.
Quotes & Pricing
Quotes provided online, by phone, or by text are estimates based on the information you supply. Final pricing is confirmed on-site and is based on the actual volume and type of items removed. Heavy materials (such as concrete, dirt, or roofing) may be priced separately. You will always receive an upfront price before any work begins.
Scheduling, Changes & Cancellation
We confirm scheduling by phone or text. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours' notice when possible so we can offer the slot to another customer.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of the job, unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
SMS / Text Messaging Terms
By providing your phone number to JunkGuys (through our website, by phone, or in person), you consent to receive SMS text messages from JunkGuys related to your quote, scheduling, service updates, appointment reminders, and follow-up communications.
- Message frequency: Varies based on your interaction with us.
- Cost: Message and data rates may apply, per your mobile carrier's plan.
- Help: Reply HELP for help, or contact us at junkguyscharlotte@gmail.com.
- Opt-out: Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from text messages from JunkGuys.
- No third-party sharing: Your mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Our Responsibilities
JunkGuys is licensed and fully insured. We take care to protect your property during every job. You agree to point out any items you do not want removed and to confirm that the items we're hauling are yours or are yours to dispose of.
Limitation of Liability
JunkGuys' liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific job giving rise to the claim. We are not responsible for items removed at your direction.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services or website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
